The rules for ethical behavior in the Andorran financial system (passed by the publication of communiqués 163/05; 7/EFI-SFI; 7/EFI-AFI; 7/EFI-SGP; 7/EFI-ASF; 7/SGOIC  and 18/EF-CE depending on the activities carried out by the entities) explicitly define the duties to be complied with by the entities integrated in the financial system so as to maintain and strengthen certain ethical and behavioral principles and prohibit certain practices which are actively combated internationally and which the Andorran financial system does not wish to accept.
